River Educator Workshop

This is a workshop we’ve been offering our instructors for a few years that we want to make available to other river educators.

What to Expect

Participants will be expected to give two presentations and will receive feedback from their peers. Here is a general outline about what to expect.

• You’ll receive our curriculum and content for lessons plans after you register
• Two topics will be assigned to you
• We’ll begin the workshop with a discussion about experiential learning
• Each participant will deliver lessons based on their lesson plan
• Peers will provide anonymous feedback on each lesson
